Footwear and clothing: even in summer, temperatures at altitude can be near zero, and the wind is very strong. A warm jacket, hat, gloves, and comfortable shoes are mandatory. Sunglasses are necessary due to the bright sun and reflection from snow/rocks.
Best time: clear weather without clouds and fog. Check the resort's webcams before ascending.
